Hybrid work and the Great Resignation lead to cybersecurity concerns
When employees leave an organization and take company data with them, they pose an increasingly serious insider security threat. Outgoing employees can compromise company data and intellectual property.
Businesses are concerned that the Great Resignation is a facilitator for departing employees to unintentionally or intentionally expose, leak, or exfiltrate intellectual property, which has created major challenges in keeping sensitive data safe.
